This 12.00m x 4.40m in Dark Grey shimmer and is classed as a Factory Second due to some minor rippling on the long wall near the coping in a couple of places. There has been a cosmetic repair done to the step entry from the splash deck to the main pool tank which is visible. Another cosmetic repair has been done to the shallow end bench,. These repairs are visible due to the high level of shimmer in this coloured gelcoat. There are a couple of scuff marks in the spa tank. The pool is structurally perfect and will come with a full structural warranty. The few blemishes in the interior colour coat are minor and will make this enormous swimming pool/spa combo a pearler of a Factory Second.

Important Information

All Factory Seconds are supplied with a Lifetime Structural Warranty and a Lifetime Structural Osmosis Warranty.
They have been deemed as Factory Second quality due to various imperfections in the gelcoat layer (cosmetic layer) which may or may not be visible underwater.

Imperfections may include any of the following:

  • Cosmetic gelcoat fractures
  • Runs in the gelcoat pigment
  • Stripes or bleeds in the gelcoat colour
  • More defined high glitter areas due to light sanding of the gelcoat
  • Imperfect colour matching from cosmetic detailing
  • Minor ripples visible in the gelcoat
