FAQ

How do I book an inspection?2025-01-13T12:42:34+08:00

These factory seconds are available to inspect by appointment only at our Yatala, QLD manufacturing facilities. Email [email protected] to reach out to our team.

What is wrong with these pools?2024-10-14T00:40:03+08:00

Structurally nothing,  all of the swimming pool shells being offered will be covered with our Lifetime Structural Warranty. The interior finish of each swimming pool will have something that prevented it being sold as a first quality product.  These marks will include such things as a mis-matched colour repair, minor gelcoat fractures in the colour layer or a stripey effect to the colour layer. All of these can be closely inspected on the day, and you can decide for yourself if any of these will matter to you when the pool is full of water.

What should I wear to the inspection?2025-01-13T12:44:36+08:00

The inspection of these clearance pools are outdoors so we suggest a hat, sunscreen and good sunglasses. The swimming pools will be in our holding yard so wear closed shoes if possible.

What size swimming pool will fit in my garden area?2024-10-14T00:41:40+08:00

Before attending the open day, we highly recommend measuring your backyard to the fence line and other perimeters in your pool location (e.g. patio, house, driveway) to get an idea of the size of the pools you’d be looking at and browse the range online prior to attending. Bring these measurements with you on the day. We will have swimming pools from 5m in length up to the monster 12m pool and spa combos to view.

How much will it cost to install a swimming pool?2024-10-14T00:42:06+08:00

There will be a number of licensed builders at the clearance sale who will be able to go over your site plan and discuss a range of options. Ideally you will arrange a site inspection with them where they will travel to your home, view your site and put together a full installation proposal for you. You will be able to do this and get a full understanding of all of the project costs in the cooling off period of your swimming pool purchase (21 days).

Can I use my own builder to install my swimming pool?2024-10-14T00:42:47+08:00

Absolutely you can!  The builders who will be present at the clearance sales are all independent business owners fully licensed to contract and install swimming pools. You are under no obligation to use their services and can  certainly arrange your own builder.

How do I know what to look for?2025-01-13T12:47:31+08:00

You will be guided by a staff member who will escort you to your pool of interest and point out why these swimming pool shells have made it to the Clearance Sale. You will be able to inspect them closely and satisfy yourself that we are talking minor issues here.

Can you supply the pool equipment as well?2025-01-13T12:51:07+08:00

We can supply pool equipment to suit your pool and environment requirements, we are happy to discuss this on the day of inspection.

What comes with my swimming pool shell?2024-10-14T00:45:08+08:00

Skimmer Kit, Engineers drawings, Dig Sheet. Every swimming pool comes with a skimmer box kit  – these are the fittings that go onto the swimming pool shell to allow water to get into and out of the pool. They include a Skimmer box, 2 x return jets and a hydrostatic valve.  Twin skimmer boxes will come with those pools that are designed to take a twin set up.   Your builder will require the Engineers drawings to obtain the necessary permits, and the Dig sheet will help him dig  the correct sized excavation to place the swimming pool into the ground.

Can these swimming pools be used out of ground like an above ground pool?2024-10-15T11:26:13+08:00

No. Fibreglass swimming pools shells are always installed inground as the ground provides the support required. Ground levels can always be built up, but this is something to discuss with your pool builder.

How do I secure my choice of swimming pool?2025-01-13T12:37:38+08:00

After 21 days any money paid is not refundable.

Provided you notify us within 21 days of paying the deposit you will be refunded the full deposit.   After 21 days the contract is unconditional, and you will forfeit all funds paid.
